Lynda Sunshine West is a speaker, bestselling author of The Year of Fear, Executive Film Producer of Wish Man, and Mastermind/Accountability Coach. Lynda helps driven women entrepreneurs gain confidence to ask for their worth, clarity to attract clients TO them, and focus to get faster results. Lynda created her unique approach after participating in several Mastermind programs with limited results. Lynda created her own Mastermind group with an additional component: true accountability. Group members are encouraged to put into action suggested steps for success within the space of the three-hour session. Lynda prides herself on inviting group members into her comfort zone, instead of pushing them outside theirs.
Lynda’s insights and expertise were forged from experience. From a tumultuous upbringing, 49 corporate jobs, and seven business enterprises, experience was Lynda’s greatest teacher. For all of 2015, she faced one fear every day. In doing so, she gained an exorbitant amount of confidence and teaches her clients how to do the same so they get paid what they are worth.
Her Women Action Takers Mastermind/Accountability program provides a supportive, judgment-free safe zone where her clients can share vulnerably in the strictest of confidence and not be judged. Armed with over 35 years of experience training hundreds of people on various forms of technology, she provides training for her clients who are stuck on the tech stuff. Lastly, she’s produced more than 100 events (with up to 3,500 people in attendance) and proudly donates 10% of her profits to The Giving Angels, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to eradicate global homelessness once and for all.
When Lynda isn’t coaching the next group of successful female entrepreneurs, she and her husband play charity events with their band, Useless Rhetoric. A musician and singer since childhood, Lynda can be found playing bass guitar, an instrument she picked up at the age of 48. To date, Useless Rhetoric has raised over $200,000 for various charitable organizations.
