In this episode, I am talking with Ichko Batmunkh talking about being an immigrant, how to get over the fear of starting her business, and what she is doing to help Asian women find their voice and passion.

Ichko Batmunkh is IPEC Certified Professional Coach & Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.

She is a Life Purpose and Mindset coach. She is on a mission to help other Asian women to find their voice, own self-worth, unleash their full potential and gifts. A result, they can gain confidence and take actions aligned with their passion and purpose.

After years of struggling with my career in America and facing many obstacles all alone, she felt lost. She didn’t have a purpose in life. She wished that she had someone who can guide her through her journey, called Life.

In 2019, she had the courage to leave her accounting career, she embarked on a journey of discovery.
Using her voice, she found her passion and purpose.
