Sara has always struggled with stress and anxiety. To the point where it ended up in a suicide attempt. She was hospitalized 4 times in 2 months back in the summer of 2016. Sara is a life coach because she tried to end her life.

Now she makes it my mission to prevent others from getting to that place.

As a result, she has learned many tools over the years how to manage that and overcome many challenges. It is something that she quite passionate about and loves being able to use her own personal story to help others.

In March of 2018, Sara ran a campaign to raise $3,500 to run the NYC Marathon with Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center. Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center provides all-inclusive health care: PCP, Dental and Optical, Sexual and Reproductive, and most importantly, Mental Health service to NYC teens at no cost.

Then in July of 2018, she sprained her left ankle and broke her right foot. Sara was not able to run the marathon. She never ended up running that marathon. Although raising money is still one of her biggest accomplishments that she is most proud of.

Sara is thoughtful, kind, considerate, and caring. When she is not working, Sara enjoys knitting, making kombucha, and baking sourdough.

Sara a certified health and life coach. Her niche/specialty is dating coach. She works with single women who are fed up with the dating scene and help them master their inner game so they can finally meet their soulmate.

She is a health and life coach certified with Health Coach Institute, and a B.A. in Communications from SUNY Albany.
